Return Policy

With regard to pre-built model kits and pre-built remote control kits, under NO circumstances will refund be permitted. Remote control refunds will be accepted only for faulty manufacturing work and NOT for faulty assembly work. No refund will be given on ANY pre-built model kit or diorama display........it is expected with such kits there may be damage in transit, however it is expected that you understand this risk with transporting such fragile goods. Every effort will be made by Panzer Parade to ensure the safety and protection of each model by packing as securely as possible, however Panzer Parade can NOT guarantee the safe arrival of a non-damaged kit. This is mainly due to the amount of handling involved in the Australian and International Postal Services.

Panzer Parade may give refunds for pre packaged kits for faulty manufacturing and or missing parts. Refunds will NOT be given until Panzer Parade receives the goods in question. When returning items Panzer Parade is not responsible for lost items in transit.

Payment Options

Panzer Parade accepts a variety of payment methods for good, including visa, bankcard, amex, personal cheque or money order. Goods will be sent only upon confirmation of funds transferred for the purpose of finalising the transaction. Example should a personal cheque require 7 days to clear, goods will be sent on the 8th day.

Stock and Orders

It is important to remember when purchasing model kits that pictures and images are merely representative of a particular vehicle. Panzer Parade cannot guarantee should a customer decide to purchase a pre-built model, that it will exactly replicate the displayed image. Images are displayed for reference only. Panzer Parade cannot guarantee the availibility of stock but will endeveour to fulfill every customer order as soon as is possible.

Shipping

Panzer Parade accepts no responsibility for lost or damaged goods in transit, other than goods damaged due to mishandling by Panzer Parade staff. It is recommended to avoid such mishaps to either insure the parcel or have it sent by overnight courier, such as UPS.
